The Gobelin, 90m2, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5. 
The enchantment begins as you ascend the broad stone staircase dating from 1757 to the first floor where the Gobelin is. 

The apartment gets its name from the wall hanging in the lounge. The windows open on to a view of the garden and boxwoods. The lounge has a tiled floor with under floor heating in one half and a wooden floor in the dining area. There is a sleeper couch which is suitable for one person.

The lounge-dining area, 5x6m, opens into the walk-through kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, 4 burner stove, combi microwave-grill-oven, dishwasher and washing machine with drying cycle. You will enjoy your private area in the garden with picnic table, barbeque and sun beds, surrounded by hedges. There is plenty of picnic equipment for the ‘Dejeuner sur l’herbe’ romance, in the spacious garden or elsewhere.

The bathroom overlooking the swimming pool has an Italian shower, contemporary basin and toilet.
The main bedroom 4x4m on the north side is ideal for lie-ins, has a double bed and lots of cupboard space and has a French balcony overlooking the front garden.
The second bedroom on the south side overlooks the garden and woods and has 2x 80cm beds which can be joined for a double bed ; and an extendable bed which is usually at 165cm length.

 

A cot is available on demand.
The lounge has a woodburning stove, the bedrooms and bathrooms have radiators for heating in the winter.
